Hello Twitch team,I’d like to suggest the creation of a dedicated Memecoin category.Currently, most memecoin-related content is forced into the broader “Crypto” category or “Just Chatting”. While Crypto works well for Bitcoin, Ethereum, market analysis, and traditional trading, memecoins have become their own distinct culture and content style. What makes Memecoin content unique:Live trading of new tokens (especially on Solana / Pump.fun)
High-energy “trenching”, sniping, and community-driven pumps
Heavy meme culture, chat interaction, and entertainment-focused streams
Rapid-fire charts, calls, and real-time reactions that feel more like a sport or variety content than traditional finance

A dedicated Memecoin category would:Improve discoverability for both creators and viewers who specifically want this type of content
Help the Crypto category stay cleaner and more focused on general crypto discussion and serious trading
Give the rapidly growing memecoin streaming community a proper home (similar to how Twitch previously created more specific categories like Lego & Brick Building, Miniatures, Software & Game Development, etc.)

There is already strong demand — many popular streams regularly put “Memecoin”, “Memecoins”, or “Trenching” in their titles and tags, and the volume of this content keeps increasing.Thank you for considering this request. A Memecoin category would be a big win for discoverability and community building on Twitch.
