At the very least an opt-out would be appreciated; let us control the types of ads that are shown to our audience, because for many years we've had NOTHING to help with this. I recently helped with a fundraiser to help people persecuted by ICE; **** if I want their ads shown on my channel!

By allowing this sort of content on Twitch, it is also going against Twitch TOS-- not following your own rules would be a bit hypocritical. Please do not let these ads onto our streams or Twitch. Let us have the choice.

Thank you. This is 100% something I believe in. Why would I want to support and amplify the voices of people actively harming minority groups? I should be able to choose the types of advertisements I run on my channel.

As I know ads are necessary on twitch for revenue purposes and Twitch has every right to run ads HOWEVER, I also firmly believe that Streamers should be able to have control over what kind of ads run on their channel. A solution to this would be to create a survey that asks each Streamer what kind of ads they would prefer to be run on their channel and to not stray from that. I'm aware how unlikely that is to occur but it is my nature to attempt some form of compromise.
With that said.. Please do not make us run ICE ads. Anyone here commenting does NOT agree with a government organisation kidnapping individuals from their homes without rhyme or reason and calling it a service to the community or a justice.
Please let us exercise our human rights Article 18, 19, & 20. Let us be free to choose who do not wish to support by having their ads run on our channels.

Twitch Streamers should be able to opt out of any ad campaign, but especially political ads like ICE Recruitment. I've seen people on social media claiming that they'll hold Streamers accountable by refusing to watch any stream that played an ICE ad, even though Streamers currently have no power over what ads are played.

I've already had viewers voice their disappointment (mostly in Twitch) in the ads shown during my stream. I can only imagine the harassment creators will get if ICE ads start playing automatically.

Its absolutely insane that these ads even made it on there. Twitch, you want to flag people for politics, but you'll let *this* in? I get legally you have to include some political ads, but I strongly doubt this is one of them.

I would love to opt out of all ads, but at the very least I would like to opt out of specific ads. The fact that they don't allow it yet is a major failure on their part.

To go into more detail, if federal agencies of any kind are advertising on Twitch (including existing military streams happening in at least the US that I know of,) these should be opt-in only, or at the very least streamers should be given an option to opt-out. This is why I have not personally joined the Affiliate program despite having eligibility, and won't do so unless this is implemented.

That being said, if Twitch does begin hosting advertisements for ICE specifically during their proposed increase of spend, I will be stopping streaming and watching streams entirely on the platform, and will urge others to as well.

ICE is an absolutely unconscionable choice of advertising partner. Given the choice to risk running an ad for government-sponsored terrorism or simply stop streaming, anyone with a heart is going to take the second. Twitch needs to sever ties with CBP/ICE immediately.

ICE and Trump promote hate, intolerance, and racism with every word from their mouths. All of this is against Twitch ToS. By allowing these ads Twitch is saying they don't care about their own rules. These hateful ads should never be allowed on peoples streams.
