blur thumbnails of games marked by user to avoid spoilers
Let users mark specific games such that thumbnails of streams in that category get blurred.
The user would go to the game category and toggle 'blur thumbnails'.
When a streamer they follow shows up on the following (or other) page streaming said game, the thumbnail will automatically be blurred.

It does not let me watch streams with violent images in them although I have changed my settings to let me do it. Needs to be fixed immediately!!!
