Disable all caps in stream titles
I'd like streamers to be unable to use all caps in stream titles.
It's not a great experience feeling like I'm browsing a bunch of people yelling at me for attention, and discourages me from searching for new streams.
Maybe one or two words in all caps is fine, but when over half the message is all caps it's too much.
