Don't associate user browsing & recommendation data of different accounts just because they are from the same computer or IP.
First of this potentially leaks information to different unrelated users which should never happen. It also makes it impossible to separate different areas of interest by using multiple accounts, e.g. if I make an account for gaming related stuff and another one for software dev, the gaming related one recommends software related channels and vice versa because they are used on the same computer.

This is very much *not* the case based on my experience trying to use two accounts on the same machine.
