On the sidebar: Make it so I can add or pin a specific channel to this bar. I use this sidebar to see when some channels are live that have a lower view count so they would appear lower on my followed list but higher on the sidebar, HOWEVER, some channels that don't go live that often (once a week or less) don't show up here even though I watch them every time they go live.

The left panel only have 2 options, descending viewer count and recommended, and it's limited to just 12 channels, i need a way to select some channels to see first that won't fit any of those 2 options at some time periods, or at least an option to load all my followed channels.
It's super weird that communities i want to be part of and help to grow get shunned for being tiny and pushed away with others that don't really need it and end up having to unfollow some communities cause now and then i realized i missed a stream start and got hidden in the list that i should be able to use to follow what it's going on. -

I feel this was one of the best features added for the smaller streamers. Most of the channels I enjoy watching are those of the smaller streamers. It feels more intimate, and the connectivity is better with the smaller streamers. With that being said, the larger channels I follow are always at the top. When I was able to pin the channels I usually watch on a regular basis at the top of my channel list, I was able to access those channels easier to see if they were streaming. This is a feature I feel should be reimplemented onto the platform, as it is a positive addition to the smaller channels within the Twitch platform.

It made it way easier to keep track of who of my favorite streamers were live.

Recently, the pinned channel feature was added and it was a fantastic idea. It was a great benefit for me and a lot of other users. Just today, I saw this feature was removed. Can you kindly return the feature as I loved this new feature.
Thank you!

Three pinned channels is not enough. Please make it unlimited.

Hello,
Pinned Channels have been enabled on my account and that's a great idea but implemented with too much limitations.
First, and other people report it, there is a bug where the offline channels randomly disappear from the Pinned Channels (and not coming back when channel is online). Please fix.
Second thing, why a limitation of 3 channels?
I think a better system would be to have personnals categories to sort your channels as you want. For exemple, I would create the categories: Mods, Favorites, Misc.
Some people may use it to sort in other way of course.Regards.

Just stopping by to confirm this bug, I doubt reducing visibility for the channels people pin is the intended outcome..

Twitch rolled out pinned channels today (at least for me), but if a pinned channel is offline, it will disappear after a few site reloads.
What is causing this issue?
You can expand the list on the left side of Twitch multiple times to view more channels, which also shows offline channels. However, sometimes, an offline channel is simply not on this list (A simple "CTRL" + "F" search can show this), but the channel may reappear upon reloading while others will disappear.
This may be a result of following too many channels. This has been an issue for years, however, now that the new "pinned channels" feature utilizes this list, it is causing pinned channels that are offline to be removed upon a few reloads of the site, and these channels do not reappear.
Additional suggestion to this bug report - it is difficult to find the right place to submit bug reports. All general questions are redirected to this forum, which seems to be just suggestions, and there was no proper category for this report, as the categories are very restrictive
