Magician
There are magicians who stream magic tricks on Twitch, and unfortunately use a "magician" tag that is affiliated with a video game. It would be lovely to have a Magician category for those who do magic tricks.

I completely agree with this! Having a dedicated category for real-world performers rather than gaming tags would make a huge difference for visibility. Magic streams are super interactive, but right now it's hard for viewers to distinguish between someone playing a fantasy game and an actual IRL https://www.revilotwistmagic.co.uk/ doing sleight of hand or mind reading.
Twitch really needs an "IRL Magic & Illusion" tag so live performers can build a proper audience without getting buried in video game search results. Upvoted!

I agree. Music is a performance art that has its own top level category, I don't see why Magic (also a performance art) shouldn't also have its own category as well.
As one of the magicians that perform magic on Twitch, I'd rather not use "Just Chatting" because:
- I want it to be clear what my channel is normally about in shoutouts
- when I would really want to just chat, I don't want people to think I'm performing magic, so it keeps it clearly separated
- I also don't want people to think I'm playing the old NES video game called Magician; but we've co-opted that category for this reason
