"favorite" channels pinned to the top on following page
I think it would be awesome if we could have "favorite" streamers / channels of all our followed channels that get pinned to the top. This way we can have all our most watched followed channels at the top for easier browsing. Some of us follow many channels and we don't want to unfollow them, but we want the channels we watch most to be at the top.

I was thinking along similar lines: adding a star system (with a default of 3 stars and the option to rate from 1 to 5 stars) for your followed channels. This way, you can view the channels you've rated with the most stars at the top. It will encourage you to follow more people while still allowing you to keep track of your favorite channels. The channels will be sorted by the number of stars in the sidebar section "For You" -> "Followed Channels." Additionally, this system would allow you to prioritize smaller or less popular channels that you particularly enjoy.

This would be a very nice quality of life thing, my favourite streamer is all the way at the bottom of the list =(

Great suggestion! Having a "favorite" or "pinned" section for frequently watched channels at the top of the Following page would indeed enhance user experience. It's a user-centric idea that could make browsing more efficient. It's great that you're embracing new experiences in hunting. gamers! If you’re looking for no download slots, you’ve come to the right place. I recently dipped my toe in the water when it comes to online slots, and I’ll be damned if I didn’t have a hard time finding quality no-download games. That’s until I came across this https://bestcasinoplay.com/online-slots/free-slots-no-download/ treasure trove of info. The reviews in here are a game changer – they’ve done the hard work to reveal the best no-download slots out there. So, jump in, save yourself some time, and enjoy smooth gaming. It's been 8 years. I don't think this will ever happen.

This NEEDS to be a thing. When you follow 100+ we need to be able to sort it with our favs that we don't want to miss. 99% of the time the notifications don't work to let me know when my fav streamers are on.

We need this so much. I follow streamers I like, and might want to find again. But there are a few that I want to watch every time they are on and it would be so nice if they were at the top of my list.

Manage your favorite channels..
Like in any cheap web browser we should be able to order/ class our favorite twitch channels..classify them.. because when u get over 20 favorite channels it becomes so messy .. -

I have an idea let's add a favorite button on channels. And on the followed channels add a filter to have our favorite streamers listed on top. I believe this will also solve any problems with those who have reach the cap of 2,000 followed channels. If you have to unfollow channels at least you won't unfollow your favorites. And you'll never miss another favorite live stream again.

Add a way to favorite channels you follow, so when you go to your follow list, those channels would be at the top of the list when they are live.
for an easier time seeing if multiple people you frequently watch are currently streaming. -

i heard that some users had this function in beta like 2/3 months ago. apparently they could pin 3 of their followed channels.
i never saw how it looked tho, i only saw ppl talking about it in a chat
edit 09/13/2022 : so they finally added to the website the choice between sorting streaming channels according to the recommendations algorithm, or by number of viewers decreasing. i'm personnally happy with that, since my favourite channels are now appearing on top

This idea is nearly 2 years old. I still want this soo **** much.
I think I now follow almost over 300 channels and you really no longer have an overview. It would be so great if you could favorite channels so you don't miss when they go online.
Please Twitch implement this! -

The new functionality sadly doesn’t work. I can only pick 3 channels which is not even close to enough for me and once they go offline they disappear so they don’t ever stay pinned. Unfortunately it’s unusable in current format :(
I wish channels I modded for would automatically go to the top at the very least or I could sort. The ones with the most viewers are rarely the ones I want to go to by default.

Pin my favorite streamers to the top of the list, then sort the rest by viewcount (like how it is now), in the following list. This should be in the browser and the apps.

I currently do not see a lot of smaller streamers I follow when they are online because the follower section prioritizes by current viewer count alone.
Having an option to favorite streamers so they appear at the top of my list when they are live would allow me to remain followed to large streams while letting me prioritize streamers I want to assist in channel growth.
Alternatively, prioritize the following list based on who I am actively subscribed to before follower count. This way I have a higher chance of knowing when the streamers I actively support are live.

Twitch should add a "favorite" button that would allow the main watched channel of each user to appear above the "followed channel"
