Move Carousel for Promoted Streamers during BHM/WHM and more Higher
Please move the Carousel higher for promoted streamers during Black History Month, Women's History Month, and more.
The point of this is to get more eyes on lesser represented streamers and having to scroll down the page defeats this purpose. Above even "Live channels we think you'll like" would be amazing.
