Channel sidebar is scrolling down by itself
After I click "Show more", whenever my mouse leaves the sidebar, it scrolls itself down. This is jarring and breaks all sorts of UX norms. Please stop it.

can confirm, its kinda bugging me out all the time, good i got a discord for notification from most people i watch, but what you just wanna scan the list real quick its quit annoying when it jumps down all the time

I can confirm. The sidebar scrolling resets when moving the cursor out of this region after waiting for some channel's tooltip to appear (holding the mouse over some channel in the list). This bug causes unwanted browsing. You click on some channel, but the scroll resets and you end up clicking on another channel.
