Browse setting that hides thumbnails/previews of live channels marked as "mature content"
Even if a channel is marked "mature," users can still see whats going on in the stream when browsing through Twitch. I would like a toggleable setting that allows users to hide the thumbnails or previews of streams marked as mature while browsing on Twitch for the sake of privacy and better compliance with ToS and Community Guidelines.

Today I was looking for a stream to RAID and my screen was shared with viewers.
On of the suggested streams was "a pool and body painting" stream... with a preview of the lady painting her breasts.
It's not really serious for a non adult streamer, during a non adult stream, to see this sort of streams.
When we click on it you display a confirmation message saying the stream is for adults. Why showing live it as a suggestion on other pages ?
I've got nothing against naughty shows, but offering them to everyone and then asking if you really want to see them seems a bit hypocritical (and especially ineffective in protecting the young).
