Allow manual sorting of your Followed Channels
Simply allow full manual sorting of all your followed channel in the sidebar (on desktop, Chrome/Firefox etc.). Additionally give options to sort by subscriber/follower count (add new ideas here..).
Currently the channels are in what seems to be a completely random order (definitely not alphabetical or by sub/follow count). My most watched streamers which are also big by overall Twitch standards are at the very bottom by default and I need to 1) scroll down, 2) click "more" twice to get to them when they're not live.

I have tons of different channels followed, with many of the streamers playing different games. I would love it if we could filter the live channels by the game which is currently being played.

I've been searching around for an extension that does this. I have maybe a hundred followed channels and it's becoming super frustrating to find any that aren't currently streaming with a high viewer count. The fact that it isn't a base feature I believe is intentional and they probably have rules that restrict third party devs like BTTV. They're trying to promote higher value streamers.

Exactly. Totally aggree with this one. Alphabetical, most viewers, most followers, user's most watched channels (so that the channels a user is watching frequently are automatically on top) or simply manual are sorting methods I would like to see on twitch. Also giving the user the option to group channels by game or a user created category on the bar on the left side would also be cool.

With the time, the list of channels grows up.
And i would like to separate channels in groups. Like the "Collection" in the Steam app where you can create collection of games. It should be very nice to be able to make that kind of Collection :
+ RiotGames
-- LCS
-- LCK
-- LEC
-- LPL
+ Fortnite games
-- Streamer 1
-- Streamer 2
-- Streamer 3And being able to edit them (rename, delete, manual sort order, open/close +).
Thank you !

Instead of your followed channels on the Homepage being sorted by viewer ammount it would be nice if I could rearrange or change the sorting so the biggest streamer isnt at the top for me (by default its fine). I like to watch smaller streamers and having to click showmore once or twice everytime Im on twitch to see if theyre streaming is getting annoying especially after I miss a stream every now and then.

I follow a lot of channels. I have interest in watching streamers from quite a few game titles. I would like to be able to go to my following tab and apply a filter to only see streamers that I am following that are streaming a game that I enter the name of. This would enable me to both keep my following list large and easily view the streamers that I enjoy that are streaming the game that I like - letting me easily watch small streamers that are playing the game that I like. As is, I need to scroll through my large list of followed channels that are live to pick out the ones playing the game that I like.

With time, the channels that we follow increase so much in numbers, so, I think this option to show only the streamers that I follow which are playing Fortnite, for example, is important to organize the way we find something to watch.
Suppose that I'm following a bunch of streamers and in a given moment, 3 of them are live. The first one is streaming League of Legends, the second one is streaming Fortnite and the last one is streaming Just Chatting. I think if there's an option to filter only by the categories that are being used (3 in this case), would be easier to find what to watch.
But in the fact sometimes there is like 50+ live channels that I follow. I think this feature is essential.
I hope I have made myself clear.
