So currently follow only or subscriber only chat dissuades users from chatting if they don't follow or subscribe and this way my idea would allow them to chat even with the follow only or subscriber only chat but in this mode only the moderator and the streamer can see them until they either follow or subscribe then all chat can see them this would help new viewers coming into new channels so they can talk to the streamer and get to know them first before they decide to follow if they're not right they can just leave if they are right they can follow and then they can talk to the rest of the chat but also it help people with ill intent people that might be able to think they can't chat but they can but a streamer or mod can ban them if they have ill intent but the biggest thing it will help is that it would help new viewers feel comfortable chatting even though it's only the moderator or the streamer will be able to see it until they follow and they gave them enough chance to decide if they want to follow or not plus they would keep the channel secure and not let bad actors I'm ruined the channel's chat even though they can chat but no one would see them outside the moderator and streamer
