Likely Ban Evader - Avoidance / Menu-Request
There should be an option/place like unban request - where you could look up people who wrote while having the state "Likely Ban Evader, Restricted". For example - i often ban the viewbot seller spamers and since it got worse - i also have a bot which autoban them - often times account with the Ban Evader flag appear and are shown directly in chat, which the bot can't get and ban... but i see the spam.
There is literally no reason to have the message appear so prominently like someone who writes their first message.
