Active chat consider a Clip Prompt Feature Redo
The new feature based on chat activity to "consider a clip" needs some major overhauls as it is very buggy & is turned on for channels where clips aren't even available.
Some general notes
- Streamers need to have the option to turn it off in their dashboard
- There should be more controls to set who in chat sees it and what threshold of activity counts for a "hypeable" moment vs normal chat activity
BUGS (as I can think of them)
- It prompts viewers in DJ channels. (DJ's aren't allowed to have clips.)
- It prompts in streams where users have disabled clips or restrict who can create them.
- It prompts on offline channels doing chat tests
- It super prompts during Raids, Shared Chat stream together sessions ect
As a more general note; how did this feature pass an "experiment" phase when it seems most streamers & their chats have negative feedback reactions on its launch?

It seems like the "consider a clip" feature needs some serious updates to fix the bugs and make it more customizable for streamers. The ability to turn it off in the dashboard is a must, especially since it’s causing issues in channels where clips aren’t available. The ability to control who sees it and set activity thresholds would make it way more useful. Hopefully, future updates take these user feedbacks seriously, especially since it’s generating negative reactions.
For more reliable communication, consider using platforms like https://whatapps.net/, which streamline engagement without such glitches!

The new "consider a clip" feature clearly needs refinement, as it's causing issues on channels where clips shouldn't even be available. Streamers should have the ability to disable it, set visibility rules, and define what qualifies as a clip-worthy moment. Until these bugs are fixed, it's surprising this feature passed testing given the widespread negative feedback. On a side note, for those dealing with PayPal fees during stream donations or payouts, tools like https://paypalgebuhrenrechner.de/ can be really helpful in calculating exact deductions.

The new "Consider a Clip" prompt feature definitely needs a serious overhaul—it’s buggy, activates inappropriately (like on DJ channels where clips aren’t even allowed), shows up during offline chat tests, and over-triggers during raids or shared chat sessions. Streamers should have a clear dashboard toggle to disable it, plus better controls to define who sees prompts and what truly counts as a hype moment. Rolling out a feature like this without filtering for channel settings or streamer preferences raises questions about how it passed experimental testing, especially given the widespread negative feedback. It’s like launching a download prompt for a site like https://whatsappgbdownload.com/ on a platform that doesn’t support third-party apps—confusing, frustrating, and totally avoidable with proper checks.

I think viewers should also have the option to turn this "feature" off for themselves. Personally, I'd like to see it removed entirely.
