Better control over hyperlinks
currently we only have 2 settings for hyperlinks in the chat:
1. everyone can post links
2. restricted to Streamer/Mods/Admins/VIPs
as hyperlink detection is already present for option 2, it would be a nice thing to have a 3rd option:
Pull messages that contain hyperlinks into the AutoMod for approval
This gives the streamers and their mods the opportunity to review the message and link. They can then deny or approve of the message on a case by case basis.

That makes total sense! Having AutoMod flag links for approval would help prevent sketchy ones like http://visitus.pt/ from slipping through unnoticed.
