Chat highlight for "first comment in current stream"
That's it. Ability to highlight a chatters first post that stream.

Hi,
There is a feature existing for highlighting first-time chatters. To turn it on, please visit your chat settings, then click "Chat Highlights" and ensure that "First Time Chat" is toggled on. Thanks.
