Ranking Update: Curent Year Subsription/Cheer gifters
Looking at my dashboard with pinned on the top of the chat gifters ranking - it let set up only Daily, weekly, monthly and all time ranking. I just wonder, why there isn't yet Current Year ranking.
IMHO, i would REALLY appreciate this one set-up. i'm sure, some of creators also would like to use it instead.

The “Ranking Update: Current Year Subscription/Cheer Gifters” idea really taps into how important recognition systems are in streaming communities, especially on platforms like Twitch where top gifters and cheerers often become a visible part of the channel culture. These rankings aren’t just numbers—they reflect real financial support through subscriptions and Bits (cheers), which directly help creators grow and stay consistent . I like how updates like this can motivate community engagement, but at the same time, they can sometimes shift focus too much toward competition instead of genuine support, especially when people start chasing leaderboard spots rather than just enjoying the stream. It kind of reminds me of Strawberry Sunrise Alani—there’s that energetic boost and excitement, but the real value comes when it stays refreshing and balanced, not overwhelming. Do you think these ranking systems strengthen community spirit, or do they unintentionally create pressure among viewers to compete? https://strawberrysunrisealani.com/
