moments badge not updating to other tiers
i should be tier 3 on xqcs channel and it still only shows me tier 1 even in custom badge settings

Concerning issues like this you actually need to reach out to our team at help.twitch.tv and they should be able to assist you with troubleshooting your badge in xqc's chat.
