Scenario
User A replies to User B, User B continues the conversation by replying to User A, Twitch Chat shows "User B replied to User B"

Background
Many different social media platforms have allowed reply threads for years, arguably most notable being Twitter. Users have clear expectation of reply behaviour. Twitch replies do not adhere to this expectation.

Problem
Users look as if they're speaking to themselves. It creates confusion for both users participating in the reply thread and others outside of the reply thread.

Solution
Update the reply feature to accurately reflect who is replying to whom.

Additional
I like the reply feature. I would use it more often if it didn't do this. Often I find myself using it, getting this error and reverting to simply @-ing other users. Further, I find other users reply without using the feature by @-ing or just not marking their reply to myself at all, which brings down my overall chat experience.
