Customizable shoutout
Hey, would like it if the message that the shoutout command posts in the chat was costumizable and also had the option of showing the last game (or maybe even the last 2 or 3 games) that the person being shouted out played. I feel like most people would use the /shoutout and !so together unless these two things gets added

Give us the ability to change the look of a follow shoutout, with a custom text.
"Shoutout was given" looks very stupid. And just the kind of an 'order' to follow someone in the popup also doesn't feel right.
Would be great to be able to have a customizable message so that a shoutout is more personalized to my stream.

Specifically, I would like to be able to append arbitrary extra text to appear in the notification box in my chat, like this:
/shoutout CoolStreamer Check this one out friends! It's awesome!
