Only the default announcement messages work through IRC
At the moment, only the default "/announce" chat command works with IRC (chatbots etc) - "/announceblue", "/announcegreen", "/announceorange", and "/announcepurple" all fail to send messages.

Idk why this is not fixed yet! To send colored announcements over chat bots is an important feature. It is definitely a bug. Please fix it!
And yellow is the new orange? :)
