slow down chat for a single user
Sometimes a user maybe chatting too fast/too much in a given time frame. I was watching a stream where a single user was constantly chatting and annoying the streamer. The relevancy of their messages decreased quickly overtime.
Would it be possible to add a "Slow down Single User", where after each message the person can not chat for another 60 - 120 seconds. The time should be determined by the streamer. This way, we won't be effecting everyone in chat, and only that single user.
The spaced out messages would hopefully deal with the user thinking about their messages before sending them.

Implementing a “Slow Down Single User” feature would be a great solution for situations where one person is flooding the chat with frequent or irrelevant messages, as it allows the streamer to apply a cooldown (e.g., 60–120 seconds) only to that specific user without disrupting the experience for everyone else. This targeted approach encourages the user to think before posting, maintains chat quality, and helps keep discussions relevant—similar to how specific rules or systems like TM SIM Registration PH https://tmsimregistrationph.net/ focus on individual compliance without inconveniencing the broader community.

Introducing a "Slow Down Single User" feature in chat would be a smart way to manage overly active users without punishing the entire community—especially in situations where one person is dominating the conversation with irrelevant or excessive messages, as I saw during a recent stream. By allowing the streamer to set a custom cooldown (e.g., 60–120 seconds) for just that user, it encourages more thoughtful interaction and maintains a balanced chat flow. Similar to how GSMNeo FRP (https://gsmneo-frp.com.mx/) provides targeted solutions to bypass Android FRP locks without affecting the whole system, this feature would offer a focused approach to moderation, improving the chat experience for everyone.
