[Test] First Participation Highlight in Creator/Mod Chat

Some creators will notice a new first-time chatter highlight is now available in chat. This feature lets creators and their mods identify and welcome newcomers in chat to their community when appropriate. The highlight is only available to creators and their mods in chat and is not displayed to the rest of your community. This feature is in a limited release, and we will monitor feedback before making it more widely available.

Creators and their mods are enrolled in the limited release automatically, and they can toggle the feature on and off in chat settings under "First Time Chat Highlight."

We'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions here. We look forward to hearing your feedback!

    I got social anxiety and this is not a good feature, I struggle to visit new streamers and now my first message gonna have a highligh like that? No thank you. Let me be able to turn of "new chatter" in the chat cogwheel

    It surprised me to see it but its an awesome feature! Extremely helpful to see when new viewers join in the channel

    serves me quite well, larger chats may not benefit from it as much but as a smaller streamer it's certainly helpful :)

    C’est vraiment parfait!! J’adore! Est-ce qu’il y a une manière de déclencher une alerte visuel dans la scène? Comme pour un follow, un sub, un don?? Ca serait bien! J’aimerais déclencher une animation pour accueillir le nouveau spectateur! :)

    I just noticed it tonight, it's seriously awesome! The message treatment is subtle enough to not be annoying, but it stands out enough to be noticeable. And it's super useful to _know_ when someone is new vs. like "have I seen this name in chat before?" so you can welcome them, etc. If this feature was my grandma I would give it extra hugs.
