[Test] First Participation Highlight in Creator/Mod Chat

Some creators will notice a new first-time chatter highlight is now available in chat. This feature lets creators and their mods identify and welcome newcomers in chat to their community when appropriate. The highlight is only available to creators and their mods in chat and is not displayed to the rest of your community. This feature is in a limited release, and we will monitor feedback before making it more widely available.

Creators and their mods are enrolled in the limited release automatically, and they can toggle the feature on and off in chat settings under "First Time Chat Highlight."

We'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions here. We look forward to hearing your feedback!

This has been amazing! I think it would be cool to feature how many times anyone has been in your chat.

I love this feature. I normally view chat from my phone, it will be amazing when this feature moves over to the Mobile platform.

Love this feature for the channels I mod for, would love to have it for my own! It really helps identify users who are new to the channel and make sure they feel welcomed to encourage they return.

Great feature - helps both recognise new viewers and recall returning ones.

I really love this feature, it keeps me from missing new viewers, especially the shy types who say very little at first.
