[Test] First Participation Highlight in Creator/Mod Chat

Some creators will notice a new first-time chatter highlight is now available in chat. This feature lets creators and their mods identify and welcome newcomers in chat to their community when appropriate. The highlight is only available to creators and their mods in chat and is not displayed to the rest of your community. This feature is in a limited release, and we will monitor feedback before making it more widely available.

Creators and their mods are enrolled in the limited release automatically, and they can toggle the feature on and off in chat settings under "First Time Chat Highlight."

    I have been enjoying this feature. It's great to see who's new and once my community see's they are, they welcome them with open arms.

    I have the option under chat settings for first time chat highlight but a streamer (levvvvis) I mod for does not have the option on his. So even though I have the option, it does not work for me when I mod for streamers who do not have the option yet.

    I loved this feature! I can see the person who I've never seen in the chat and don't let them without interaction

    It's amazing! I can never miss a first time viewer now, I'm glad this work. Now I'm able to recognize if someone is coming for the first time, even tho he is a lurker.

    This feature is AMAZING! I never miss a first time chat viewer now and it really helps me engage with my community and welcome newcomers as a streamer. I really appreciate this feature and am so happy with it. 10/10.

    Probably the best function you guys have added in a long time! Everytime I see a first time chatter, I am able to give them a warm welcome! It has increased engagement by a TON! Nearly everytime I give them a welcome, 10 seconds later, I have got myself a new follower!
