[Test] First Participation Highlight in Creator/Mod Chat

Some creators will notice a new first-time chatter highlight is now available in chat. This feature lets creators and their mods identify and welcome newcomers in chat to their community when appropriate. The highlight is only available to creators and their mods in chat and is not displayed to the rest of your community. This feature is in a limited release, and we will monitor feedback before making it more widely available.

Creators and their mods are enrolled in the limited release automatically, and they can toggle the feature on and off in chat settings under "First Time Chat Highlight."

We'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions here. We look forward to hearing your feedback!

Saw it yesterday as well. Think it's pretty nifty and useful to highlight the newcomers and helps streamers be more interactive with their chat

I really like this feature. It makes useful data (the fact that this is a first time chatter) easily available to the streamer and mods without hiding it behind another click or a pop-out menu.

Amazing feature! Really helps identify the new joiners in a busy chat so you can for sure say hello to them!

The truth is that it is an excellent idea. A way to highlight new people who come and speak in your stream and know how to welcome them so that they are faithful in the future.

I loved it. I think it's a great idea to bring attention to someone who is brand new, and make sure they get a hello without it being missed.

I seriously find this feature so useful! I think its a great idea. I do see some people that would prefer it to be a on-off feature which I agree with.

Didn't realise i'd been given beta access to this, just thought it was a new feature when I started streaming a few days ago. Been super handy though because it's given me the ability to properly welcome someone into the stream that I see as brand new
