Chat auto scroll stop for touchscreen input
While the auto scroll stop works completely fine by using a Mouse Wheel, it doesn't recognize that I am scrolling by using a touchscreen (tested on windows in a browser)

Had the exact same problem, makes viewing chat very annoying, especially since I like to disconnect my keyboard when just watching a stream
