Often there's no live update for whisper
For over a year now, many users have to reload the Twitch page to see new whisper.

The whisper function just need to be enhanced entirely. We've had other social media sites like FB and Twitter that have been far superior with DM's for YEARS. All Twitch has to do is model one of them enough to significantly improve the experience.
