Option to hide chat replay
Some people don't mind watching the chat replay. That's fine. But others do not like it. If viewers had the option to hide chat replay like they can during live streams, everyone would be happier. It would also reduce the amount of resources needed to view videos, especially for lower end computers.
There is absolutely no possible downside to adding the ability to disable chat when watching replays.

I agree that giving viewers more control over chat replay would improve the overall experience. Sometimes you simply want to focus on the video without having additional comments taking up part of the screen. A cleaner interface can make a big difference, especially for people watching movies and shows, which is why the FilmTV app could be an interesting option for entertainment-focused viewing. https://filmtvapp.org/

Having the option to hide chat replay would definitely make the viewing experience cleaner, especially for people who prefer to focus entirely on the video. Customization like this is useful because everyone has different viewing preferences. For users who mainly want a straightforward way to watch TV and video content without distractions, playtorrio could be worth considering. https://playtorriotv.com/

I completely agree — having an option to hide chat replay would give viewers more control over their experience, just like during live streams, and it could also help reduce the load on lower-end computers. This small change would make watching replays cleaner and less distracting for those who prefer focusing solely on the content. It’s a win-win feature with no real downside, much like how tools such as https://usescarlet.app/ give users more customization and flexibility over their devices.

It’s 2024, and we still can’t get a comment out of these ********. How hard can it actually be?
