I agree that forcing users to follow before participating can make communities feel less welcoming, and thoughtful off site seo services canada https://pearllemonseo.ca/off-page-seo-services/ should be about building genuine engagement rather than artificial numbers.

Replacing followers-only mode with an established account mode could help improve chat quality by allowing participation from users who have verified or trusted accounts rather than simply restricting chat to followers, which sometimes limits community growth. An established account system could consider factors such as account age, activity history, or verification status to reduce spam while still keeping chats open to new but genuine users, similar to how some websites present clear and trustworthy access to services, such as https://creamchargerswarehouse.co.uk/ as an example of providing structured and reliable user access.

Replacing followers-only mode with an “established account” mode would create a healthier balance between spam prevention and community growth, because forcing viewers to follow just to chat discourages organic interaction and discovery, especially when channels enable long restrictions like one-hour follower-only chat, which often feels more like a follower farming tactic than a moderation tool; an established account system based on factors like account age, verified email, and basic activity history would better filter bots while allowing genuine new viewers to participate immediately, similar to how technical safeguards work in other fields—for example, thermal protection systems prevent hardware damage without completely shutting down performance, as explained here: https://mypcbottleneck.com/thermal-throttling/ making the platform more welcoming, fair, and engaging for both streamers and viewers.
