You can like\dislike comments in live twitch chat and place most popular\unpopular comments at the top\btm.
Make it interactive.
It would help broadcaster\users to read most interesting comments.

I think that if we could like or put +1 on a message in a chat to show to a streamer that the message is interesting, it could be really good

it could also be used in conjunction with an "ELO" that would favor the likes of the moderators.
