Have a /rules command to display the rules specified in the settings for that channel.

Yes please. How is this not a thing already? Either as an options thing or command. Some of the channels I follow have very different rules and I really don't like not being able to double check that what I'm about to say is okay.

I would like to be able to call up the chat rules (channel rules), which is displayed when you first try to chat, at any time, maybe via the options button menu below the chat box.
