new way to message chat mods
if you are in chat, and you want to contact a mod regarding certain question/need help regaarding something, then by using @mods will message all the present mods the same way as you message them personally by their twitch names. This will ensure easier way for mods to notice if chat require their assistance, or for a viewer to reach a mod.

When I am in a new channel I find myself reaching out to mods for questions about the stream or commands and such. Sometimes not all of the mods are actively reading chat and it would be nice to be able to notify all of the mods with a single tag.
