This idea has been in my head ever since the release of the Golden Kappa.

Much like how we currently has sub-only mode and emote-only mode, we should have a Kappa-only mode, where any variations of the kappa emotes can be posted!

Whether it's a sub emote, bttv emote, or a global emote, it can only allow emotes to be passed that have the kappa in it, and includes variation such as KaRappa or Keepo!

In a chat i moderate we have a daily Kappa check at the peak of the stream, to see if anyone has the golden kappa, and I thought this would be a fun way to incorporate it.
