Zoom to time index in users's message log from ban/timeout date on user card. When I open a user's card from the chat, and can see that they've been banned or timed out, each occurrence has a timestamp on it. Make the instance clickable, and have it zoom to that time index in the message log, even if it was month's ago, so I can get context on what they were banned or timed out for.

Banned List and Reason for Banned Replicate the "Blocked List" commonly used by Twitter. This can be implemented by modifying how the banned button works. Here is a simplified breakdown:
Upgrade banned button to not instantly ban, but bring up a radial list with reason for banning. This would cut down on accidental mod missclick and add more weight to banning. Reasons can be something like "Racist/Homophobic remarks, Threating, or Other with a text box."
Log the number of bans per option with account. After 3x strikes user is added to a list associated with the banned reason and notified via email. Notification is important so…

Streamer should be able to "raid out" when an editor begins a raid, and vice-versa A streamer I mod for announced he was ending stream and was going to raid out to a channel I frequent a lot, so I figured I’d go ahead and have the raid ready to go. When he went to process the raid, it wouldn’t let him as I had already started it.
It appears as though whoever initiated the raid is the only person who can actually “raid out” which wasn’t my intention as the streamer is the one who knows when they want to click that button (after thanking viewers, subs, saying goodnight, etc). This tool is useful…

headmod As a head mod, it would be better if you had the right to delete mod messages, time out mods, or ban them from chat. This would be better than only unmodding them. In my opinion, it would be better because you can moderate more effectively and help the streamer better.

Quarantine for Head-mod The "quarantine zone" is a dynamic feature. If a user repeatedly violates the chat rules, for example by using insults or sending inappropriate messages, they will not only be muted.

Cross-channel moderation information I moderate for a dozen or so streamers. Every now and then I see someone and think "hmm, that name looks familiar".
It would be really handy if — perhaps as a tab or button on the viewer card — one could access a summary of that user's activity in other channels you moderate for. Ideally, it would include just the channels they'd ever been active in and list:
- Following since
- Subscription status
- Monitored/restricted
- The "warnings/timeouts/bans" mod actions summary
- Timestamp of most recent comment in that chat
Relatedly, it would be neat if the Mod Comments tab showed mod comments…

Hate-Raid/Hate-Follow-Bot responsiveness. I think it would be extremely helpful to have more tools available for Mods to respond to hate raids/follow-bot raids. Something along the lines of a way to view new follows in a separate tab, where you can click a check box next to them, and then choose to report them AND ban them in one action en masse. It's one thing to ban accounts, but if we can report them, it makes it more difficult for them to use those same accounts multiple times for future raid endeavors. Having to go through and pull each account up one by…

Shared Ban detection between channels you mod For those of us who mod in multiple channels, it would be handy if the Shared Ban feature could work (as an opt-in possibly) within the scope of the channels we mod as well. Currently, the streamers have to request and accept to share ban info between channels. Someone might be banned from one stream for a reason that wouldn't necessarily warrant an immediate cross ban in other channels, but it would be good to have an automatic detection similar to the ban evasion detection, but that shows only for you when that banned user shows up in another channel…

Option to Disable Moderator Role (Anti-Mod Feature) I would like to suggest a feature on Twitch that allows users to opt out of being made a moderator on any channel – something like:
“I do not want to be a moderator” or “Automatically decline moderator role.”Right now, any channel owner can make any user a moderator, even if that person has blocked the channel owner or doesn’t engage with the channel at all. This can lead to abuse, trolling, or harassment, and gives users no control over their own role on the platform.
Please consider adding this functionality – it would make Twitch safer and more…

Moderator Status for Streamer What I would like to propose is a traffic light check in system for Mods. As a mod we should be able to signal the streamer whether we are available for the stream or not. This has 2 parts:
The option to signal in the stream schedule whether we will be around that day ahead of stream.
(And more importantly) A traffic light check in system for moderators during stream which is visible to both the streamer and the mods. Red: I am here but cannot mod right now. Orange: Lurking but Listening, able to jump in if needed, Green:…

Moderation for "Fraud" bans I won't name who, but there are Vtubers who continue to be particularly banned due to "Fraud". This is the third time in the past three months. They've been unbanned each time now.
It's obvious that either there's overzealous moderation happening here, or they're being targeted/being harrassed. Is there any way to look over the moderation for this type of thing? It affects streamers who're targeted by this type of thing when no fraud had occurred.

See how long someone has been in chat See how long individuals have been watching the stream. This could be sorted by time and allow us to identify and ban stream snipers who don't use the same name in twitch/game.

Shared-bans : the feature needs improvement to be functional Shared-bans feature need more infos !
Actualy we only have the state that somone is banned from an other stream.
We have to go ask the mods of the stream in question each time why he was banned to decide if we also ban him or if we remove the chat restriction. We can't just ban them because they are banished elsewhere. If we can't note the reason in the moderator comment, they have every chance of being unbanned if they make a deban request because we don't even know the reason. While it may be for very good reasons

Shield Mode - Attention Grabbing Icons banner can cause accidental activations. For the first enablement of shield mode by a moderator there should be a brief warning pop up of exactly what it does. There is a bit of a bubble that almost advertises it as press this button and can cause infrequent mods to accidentally enable shield mode. You should also be able to disable shield mode with the same button, not with a switch on the screen that pops up.

Streamer may be able to ban IP addresses of multi-account stalkers. It may seem extreme to some people, but i'm a moderator on a girl streamer's channel and lately she's gotten a lot of harassment from just one person, that person does not stop creating accounts all the time just to continue writing uncomfortable and improper things to her.
Me and her channel's moderator team are reporting all of his accounts through Twitch's reporting system, but that won't limit the person from creating new accounts.
So, my idea is that only the streamer will have access to suspend IP addresses of multi-account stalkers.
Thanks for reading.
