I support this as I have a user who as been shadowbanned for almost a year cause of this issue of a mod testing it out. Raising it to Twitch support only ended up having their account put on a watch list for 10 days. Even if it's editor/streamer only there needs to be a way to manage and undo warnings.

I support this idea, for a different application. The warning system can result in a "shadowban" of some sort if the viewer is using a chat client not capable of displaying the warning. An unwarn system can help to revoke the warning after alignment with the viewer affected.

If this happens, a "warn/unwarn" war will happen. Twitch finally needs to add head mods who are the only ones who can do this...
