Unban Request: Automatically add notes to the Mod Notes/Ban Section
Although we enter notes with the new unban system for deny or approve, these aren't shown in the Bans or Mod Comments in the User Card - please have these shown here as well for good record keeping. Additionally, including when a request was submitted and who approved/denied it would be useful, it is only shown in Mod Actions at this time.
We recently updated the viewer card logs to include unban request context. You can find it in the Mod Actions tab. Please open a new request if you have additional needs in this area!

Yes, I sometimes am fast with denying an unban request, but seeing other mods doing the same I feel weird not knowing what was said in the unban request - thus the reason why a mod made the decision to deny (or approve) an unban request.

Agreed, this needs to be implemented. Today I at first received a whisper from a banned user. I copied this to mod comments. Then I received a nasty unban request. I denied the request. The unban request text is now nowhere to be seen, yet my text to the user is visible in mod actions.

This was requested back in September.. 6months ago.. and still doesn't exist? This is honestly a basic requirement when trying to audit ban history. PLEASE add this already. It's very important to be able to see the unban request message history as well as the approval/deny (and by what mod) in the history of the user account. How are we suppose to audit mods actions without this? Also people have been abusing this function by hurassing streamers on other platforms asking why they were not unbanned and there is no way to actually look in to the request or action to the request.

When banning "Reason for ban" should be there. just so we know if it was a Joke. or for something more malicious

I would also like the user's submitted comments to be added to Mod Notes as well, when they request an unban.
