Gifting Multiple Subs should show the Tier in Activity Feed

Gifting more than one sub currently shows "X Gifted Y Community Subs" in the activity feed. When chat is going quickly there is no way to tell what tier of subs were gifted. This is only displayed in chat.

    This is a thing for streamers to be able to be thankful by their community. It's a community effort to give the higher tier subs (especially if it's multiple).
