Twitch added some better analytics this last month. We can now see how much we make due to Twitch Turbo specifically. Definitely needs more visibility but keep it up!

You cannot gift subs to accounts that don't exist. There are just tens of thousands of accounts with offensive names that slipped through the cracks. Unlimited ammunition for someone who wants to gift to them anonymously.
We need a way to report the gifter, not the giftee.

As mentioned earlier today on the TwitchDev Standard Output broadcast, we are moving this suggestion to "planned." We appreciate everyone's patience with this one. Although it sounds simple and we see the value, there were a number of underlying complexities to consider before we had confidence in a path forward and providing a response. We will provide another update when the endpoint is available for testing.

This alerting system would be really fantastic without these issues. As it stands I have to go back to using Streamlabs (I don't want to) because it breaks the stream flow so horribly each time it implodes.

Hi again all,
We have another update regarding Twitch’s Alerts. Now, you can set up integrations with Streamlabs, Throne, Crowd Control, and StreamElements, to bring select third-party events they provide to your Activity Feed to help you recognize all the additional ways your community supports you (such as through tipping, merch purchases, etc.).
Help highlight your community’s contributions and celebrate them all in one place, with your own flair by tapping into the customization options for your Alerts in the Creator Dashboard.
This is just the beginning! We'd love to hear what other third party streaming tools you'd like deeper Twitch integrations with, please share them with us via link.twitch.tv/UVAlerts or http://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/924712/suggestions/47507177.

Hey all! Thanks for this thread. We recently deprecated anonymous Cheering after we discovered it was being abused. While we understand some viewers prefer not being recognized for Cheering, we made this change to ensure a safer experience for those who were negatively impacted.
We’ve also heard your concerns on what this means for the future of Bits. This deprecation is not related to any plans to limit Cheering with Bits on Twitch, and is solely focused on providing a safer experience for our community.

Removing this feature while saying it somehow protects the community makes no sense. Anonymous bits did not allow a message, name, or image to be sent with the donation. In terms of frequency a streamer can already set minimum bits thresholds for bits donations and alert thresholds for bit donations. With this in mind this feature cannot be used to harass a streamer in any way.
At the same time you've left in Anonymous subs which actually display the giftee account name. This means an anonymous user can gift to an offensively named account and it displays in both chat and on stream.
If you are trying to remove "abuse" you've got it entirely backwards and all you've done is hurt our monetization options.

As a security professional with 20 years of experience it's disturbing to see that SMS 2FA is being required in this setting. As streamers we are very high value targets and more vulnerable to sim swapping. Our major donators are in a similar situation and this doesn't help them either. It's time to do away with SMS 2FA as a requirement for other forms of 2FA.
