Bring Back VIP and Mod only Stream Options When Selecting Subscribers Only as Audience
Title. I liked the ability to be able to let VIPs and Moderators watch the stream in addition to Subscribers. I don't know why it isn't in the new stream manager.

We did not specifically remove the functionality, we are investigating what is happening.
