Reverse prediction result
Mods are human, and sometimes they click the wrong result for the prediction. There currently isn't a way to reverse the prediction result, shorting people of their channel points even though they predicted correctly.

10-seconds may not be quite enough.. But a bit more time would do it: a 60-second delay after a moderator chooses a disposition of the prediction (Delete, or Choose option), before the action takes affect, and the Action on the prediction can be cancelled during that time by the streamer or any mod.
And I would suggest that if cancelled the Mod Activity log should indicate who had initiated that payout choice, and also who had cancelled it -- then the correct resolution for the prediction can be chosen after a waiting period or cooldown so that Cancel + Resolve prediction actions cannot be spammed.
The full 1-minute delay would give viewers enough time to bring attention to a mistaken payout choice without creating too much extra wait before an entirely new set of predictions can be started (Seeing as the existing prediction need to have an option chosen and finalized, before the streamer can start a new prediction).

implement this with a 10-second grace period, like gmail's undo send.

It's awful that we don't have this option. In a marathon stream i made a mistake when picking the winner and i was harassed by a lot of chatters that got really mad about it. Having a way to fix it would save a lot of mods from the stress of making a mistake in a big prediction

So today the mod of LEC of League of Legends clicked wrongly on a prediction result. He just ended it when the game just began. And 11 Mil channel points are lost becoz of this. He just restart a new prediction which is useless coz all my points are lost already. 11 Mil Channel points Twitch, and you dont have the way to roll it back????? U are making billions from us a year and still not a simple roll back method??????? HELLO?

Streamer clicked the winner before all channel points were even processed. Then only realized when suddenly after already chosing the winner a few seconds later when suddenly the losing prediction side had 2x the amount of channel points. Really need a way to undo a reverse the winning side.

Waiting a minute for bets payout is an issue in fast action situations where a new bet is started right after the result of the previous one. Winners want to have their points available for the new bet I guess. The only solution I see is to make betting results reversible for like a minute or so except when a new bet already started. In this case results are fixed.

This could be easily solved by giving an option to delay the payment of the result in one minute to start (the banner anounces the result and waits a minute to start giving points), so if something is noticed it was wrong any mod can cancel or pause the result.

I just saw a streamer get this wrong (not on purpose) and wanted to correct it but can't. Please implement this.

Please implement this, when mods pick the wrong answer is very bad for the audience and the streamer.

@Kane42069 "That way it can't be abused as a tool to punish chat I.E Undoing the outcome and picking the other to punish or troll."
If a streamer do like this, the streamer will punish itself with the move I think...
How ever...Almost 1 year gone. This will be not implemented I think.

I believe if this is implemented, it would be wise to have a time limit on it. Say, 5 minutes max. That way it can't be abused as a tool to punish chat I.E Undoing the outcome and picking the other to punish or troll.

Another mod in a channel I'm in picked a prediction conclusion prematurely, right before the game's story threw a curveball, and we don't have a way of reversing it. This needs to be implimented.

This is still a problem, there should be an option for streamers to change the outcome of their predictions if they missclick

If something as simple as adding an "undo" button which can be clicked to refund a prediction for 60 seconds after its resolved has the potential to stop abuse or insults to broadcasters; it's worthwhile.
