The current stream streak is meaningless, it only shows after your first 3 consecutive streams. And you only have another "streak share" if you break your current streak and start another fresh new streak.
I did sugested a better idea for the streak system:

Hey all! Thanks for this thread. We recently deprecated anonymous Cheering after we discovered it was being abused. While we understand some viewers prefer not being recognized for Cheering, we made this change to ensure a safer experience for those who were negatively impacted.
We’ve also heard your concerns on what this means for the future of Bits. This deprecation is not related to any plans to limit Cheering with Bits on Twitch, and is solely focused on providing a safer experience for our community.

Hi, thanks for flagging this and sharing your suggestion.
We share and understand your concerns about how the intentional, repeated misuse of tags can undermine the purpose of the tags product itself. Tags are an important discoverability feature for communities, and a powerful way for all Creators—but especially those that are underrepresented—to express their personal identity and creative vision for their content.
We also do not feel Twitch should be the judge of Creators’ personal or creative identity, so we typically only enforce against the misuse of tags when it is associated with other behavior that violates our Community Guidelines such as hateful conduct or harassment.
That said, as the VTuber community’s experience demonstrates, there are limitations to this approach and we are actively investigating additional steps we can take to protect and improve the integrity of the tags feature at scale, without infringing on good faith Creators’ personal choice…

Twitch had a select list of tags to make the discoverity better, people complained that the approved list was short and should include more tags, Twitch took a year and half to make a near-perfect list of tags. People still complained, because some jackasses misused the tags, while some wanted to write their own tags. Twitch removed entirely the approved list of tags, and now EVERYONE can misuse tags and ruin the discovery.

If someone streams a Soccer broadcast pretending to play FIFA 22 this person would be banned in minutes. Is not that hard to enforce the TOS for something obviously as not using a 2D or 3D avatar.

This way is not fast, it should be like I do with FFZ, by rightclicking the username.
Also, you all can do this with FFZ though.

This could be easily solved by giving an option to delay the payment of the result in one minute to start (the banner anounces the result and waits a minute to start giving points), so if something is noticed it was wrong any mod can cancel or pause the result.

I hope by seamless that means something like, if I do have a occuring 6 month tier1 subscription then subscribe for a 1 month tier 2 sometime on the middle, then the remaining time of the tier1 subscription will be freeze and return at the end of the tier2 month subscription.

Hey all,
Thank you for the patience with us on this. This has been one of the most popular ideas on UserVoice and we definitely heard your feedback.
Today we launched /announcement for mods and streamers. Announcements can be used in chat to highlight a message and are available in 4 different colors along with the channel accent color. Because this is only part of the ask of this idea we are setting this idea to partial release so the community can continue to leave feedback on this.

/announce is a cool idea for occasional use, although it would be better if the message could be pined/unpined by the moderator on the top of the chat instead of a scrolling message.
It still doesn't replace the /me function which was to either highlight or just tell apart a bot message than the viewer message. Even when you guys enable /announce to be used by bots this will became really messy visually on chat if streamers use them as the old /me was used, to just tell apart a bot message from regular viewers.
My suggestion is to just create a way to streamer mark a user to be a bot instead of mod (using /bot on the user) them all the chat messages from the bot user will became on a color of choice of the streamer.
The bot user could even have a different badge although having all the same rights as the mods (maybe making them imune from timeout/ban, but this is a stretch of the idea)

I think at this point, all the comments are going straight to /dev/null
Thanks for the compreension.

I remember a similar situation occurred when some streamers complained about some trolls were abusing of raid command just to get attention. Twitch simply decided to stop alerting raids with 4 users or less. Instead of giving an option for the streamer to disable or not the alerts with 4 or less. The result: a lot of streamers complained about removing the raid with 4 or less then twitch put it back. But the real solution to make everyone happy was: GIVE AN OPTION. The same is colored /me: give the option to enable or disable. Make it default disabled or only allow to enable for affiliates/partner. Is not that hard to do.

This is way more viable if the streamer create a chat command for mods only to redeem a sound using streamelements rather hoping this to be a twitch feature itself because even if twitch implements it, it would still depends on the streamer side to put the alert on their OBS side.
The streamer can create a request on streamelements store with a sound to alert him/her redeemable only with chat (example "bell") and a command for mods only like $(redeem bell) and is done!

Restricting the user should work like Shadow Ban, if the moderation thinks he is probably a troll
For example, usually when the user follows with a dubious nickname, most of the times the guy is going to troll, but sometimes is just a good guy with a "funny" nick.
We want to test if the guy is going to troll or not so we can ban him or free him in a safe way without the chat seeing what he said.
The monitored guy SHOULD NOT know he is blocked.
If he types anything and the chat says: Your message could not be sent due moderation settings, it ruins any further investigation we (mods) are doing to make sure he is a troll or a good guy.

@deejay4am no it wouldn't work. Manual blocked words do not enter into automod review system, it will refuse all the messages without the mods knowing someone tried to send a link. The idea is to allow the viewers to send links on chat but being hold by the automod for a moderator to allow or deny the link.
