Unlocking Special Permanent Emotes with Channelpoints
Give Streamers the option to use a certain amount of Emotes (Maybe more for Partners or something like 1 + 1/10 of your unlocked Emoteslots rounded up) to be unlockable by Channelpoints but not by Subscribing or Cheering. Every Streamer can chose the cost of the Emotes they want to have themselves.
This allowes Streamers to give something back to the Community and makes it possible to get emotes by just watching and being Active in the Stream and the Community when the people cannot support monetarily. This also still incentivises to Gain More Subs due to getting the possibility to unlock more slots.
An Example for this would be unlocking Special Raid-Emotes that Viewers get to be able to join raids fully with emotes.

100% behind this, in fact i have just had 3 new emotes drawn, 1 of which i wanted to gift to my most loyal viewers via channel points as a thank you for always watching. I realised i can't and this was a huge disappointment for me

I would like the option for my viewers to permanently unlock an emote of my choosing via channel points, rather than it be locked to 24 hours. i wanted to give something back to those who are taking the time to watch me stream but may not be able to contribute money wise and something as small as an emote i've had made would be a great gesture

Really, I think permanent emotes should belong to subscribers, but I'm not against sub emotes and channel emotes being available for far longer than they are now, especially to long time followers who at least try sometimes to give monetary support to a streamer and to long time followers who care to regularly watch the stream and interact. You never know when a long time follower will be able to monetarily support a streamer.

I think permanent emotes really should only be for subscribers, but do think emotes should be given for far longer than they are now and by more means than channel points. You never know when a long time fully engaging follower will be able to subscribe or at least be able to monetarily support a streamer sometimes. There should be rewards even before someone donates.

I feel that this is a very under-considered thought, and cannot possibly conceive any reason this shouldn't or couldn't be implemented. Even if only for the sake of a custom name and description.

I'd love to create some Channel Points emotes that are high in number to promote watching the stream, subscribing, etc, so that way they can unlock extra permanent emotes other than via bits. Some people don't like to buy bits, and want to just use a Twitch Prime sub to earn the extra points needed to unlock temporary emotes, why not an "Permanent Emote" toggle, with a minimum of something like 50k or 100k channel points so that way it's not easy to get, and it would reward loyal regulars.

Make Affiliates and Partner able to create default points reward which gives access to one emote (out of emotes that the streamer has selected) to use forever. The emotes could be sub emotes or special points emotes. These could be used to reward loyal viewers and create limited time emotes that could be used even after the limited time is over.
