How it works:
  • Choose a relevant category for your idea and check to see if any other users have already submitted this suggestion before creating your own
  • Be clear with your suggestion, provide examples and solutions to the problem you are posing. Suggestions without actionable feedback may be closed without comment
  • Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests
  • Be sure to share your suggestion with others to gain more support!
  • Note: Suggestions are not guarantees that we will take action on an idea. We will try our best to communicate why an idea may not work, but may not always be able to share that information.
  • Titles that are unclear or unnecessarily vulgar may be reworded to better reflect the request for ease of discovery

If you need help:
This forum is for ideas only. If you need help, please check out our help portal for tons of articles that may answer your questions. If you still need help, you can reach out to our support team in the help portal as well!

Appeals or commentary on suspension decisions, support requests, suggestions disparaging others, and non-constructive feedback will be closed without comment.

  1. I think it would be a great idea to provide all attendees with a "NightCap" drink cover scrunchie in their TwitchCon grab bag! Its an accessory but also provides people with a safe way to protect their drinks when out at public venues.

Keep everyone safe. One drink at a time.

  2. A separate wristband you can choose to wear or a color tab added to the event wristband to show personal levels of comfort. Green means you can approach, shake hands, etc. Red means not comfortable with any kind of physical touch or close contact.

  3. Twitch Con: Seperate badge for full facemask cosplayers/streamers?

There are a lot of cosplayers and streamers that use full face masks or face paint while they stream, and under current TwitchCon rules, would not be allowed to attend.

This makes it difficult to network and expand our streams at live events because no one will recognize us.

I'm an introvert and have a hard time talking to people in person, but while in my full costumed Twitch persona, I have no problem being personable and entertaining.

I understand the security concerns about face masks, but I feel in the post…

  4. Hello twitch i was wondering why you refuse to bring twitchcon to kansas city? is it cause some of us aren't rich? i'm sorry for making said assumption but based on where i have seen twithcon be held most of said locations have been where the rich are so it seems to me that my city of kansas city is being left out of twitchcon for us smaller streamers who want to fit in with your bigger streamers so that things are more fair i know you guys won't care about this or what we say but please understand that…

  5. so being someone in the deep south west of the uk the usual spots like London and Manchester are 5 hours away. As much as i would love to go to them it is impossible as i cant get a flight there or drive there. therefore i feel having a bit closer to home would be very useful and appreciated. i understand this may leave people in the same situation as me but maybe it can be put in between where i am and london so its an equally long journey. either way one day i just wanna have the…

  6. I have found no solid way to contact any person relating to TwitchCon. On their own webpage, they encourage to message on their Twitter page, which results in no answers returned. None. I was advised to contact Twitch devs, Twitch Support, and many more departments with no success in resolving this issue.

I was bombarded with dropdown menus with topics that do NOT relate to anything I need assistance with, and when I find myself finally talking with a real human being, they constantly tell me it is the wrong department (probably because none of their selections fit what I…

  7. It's not really an idea , but more like a suggestion.
till nowadays , some friends of mine are still getting shoot with rubber bullets during the protests in Paris . I really don't see the point of making a TwitchCon in a place which is still not safe for people to go around and when a city stilll have that kind of difficulties TwitchCon should have considered that at first , our safety and some respect for a city (and a country) that have daily riots.

  9. Hey, for the past two (probably more) cons I know of several creators who are being called by the wrong pronouns. Would it be possible to have anyone who attends future cons add pronouns that will be displayed (large enough) for others to see to try an prevent this from happening in the future.

  10. I am gunna be blunt, folks. What in gods name is going on with your merchandising?

You literally have one of, if not the most recognizable names and logos in all of gaming, and you hide your merchandising behind a menu and a click which, by the way, "Loot Cave"? Are you serious? Someone should fire whoever decided name it anything but "Shop." A term like "loot cave" makes people think of greasy nerds who have not left the basement. And sure, some of us (me included) can fall into that category, but do you think the hundreds of thousands…

  13. Dear Twitchcon.

I know writing this won’t change anything. But I’d still like to voice my opinion of your choice to have Twitchcon in Paris next year.

Paris, as you know, is one of the, if not THE, most expensive city in the world. Which is why it has surprised me and still surprises me that you have chosen to have Twitchcon there next year, taken that we are having a massive economical crisis in Europe because of the war in Ukraine.

I would love to go to Paris for Twitchcon if it was any other time. But for me…

  14. Ok so I have a discord I made for twitch con San Diego 2022, and would like to make it become an official discord of twitch cons and be promoted by twitch, if they are ok with that, I’m not looking for any recognition on having the discord and operating it, I would just like to bring the twitch community back as a whole and have a discord for those who are going. I can look into the ability to set up auto roles for those who are partners, affiliates, staff, etc.

  15. Twitchcon is a global gathering of streamers, creators and twitch enthusiast. As such it will make it easier to break ice to print the country of origin's flag onto everyone's badge.

  17. Make it possible to pay with other app's like Ideal or Paypal.... because in the Netherlands we mostly don't use creditcard. I can't buy a ticket now because i dont own a creditcard, i need to apply for one but you need to pay a fee for that and apply for one to do that only for twitchcon is kinda waste of money.

Masks should not be required at TwitchCon.

  20. For the past few years of TwitchCon, I've always enjoyed seeing the tradition of Twitch Affiliates being surprised and becoming our newest band of Twitch Partners. As the Twitch Ambassador program is so small and tight-knit, what if Twitch could also surprise a current Twitch Partner as a brand new Twitch Ambassador? I think that would be amazing to do at the opening and closing ceremonies!
