There were a lot of nuisance streamers pestering people at twitchcon this year (2025). There were several areas designated as "No streaming", but it wasn't enough(especially since people were streaming in those areas anyway).
I understand you wish to give people the freedom to stream the excitement, but applying extra clearance of giving a more rigorous check to people who want to stream at the event could help quell the numbers of people intending to harass and cause discomfort to the rest of the con-goers. Please consider either giving an additional round of information needed after getting your name badge and having something like "Live Streaming Approved" added to the badge or perhaps an additional wristband showing people are approved to stream in the con in the designated areas. This way non-approved streamers can easily be identified and removed from the convention if their intentions are foul, if their intentions are to harass someone and record them without legal consent.
