I can´t upload a thumbnail When I upload a thumbnail it is shown in black, it does not load the thumbnails of my streams correctly.

50/50 subcripción. hola, se me ha subscrito una persona al canal y me sale que la subscripcion es del 50/50
en cambio a mi me han dado 1,75USD en vez de la mitad de la subscripción

Highlight should be cut by keyframes When a highlight is made, it often is cut by the frame other than keyframes.
And if I download the highlighted part, the frames preceding the first keyframe are dummy. The audio is not affected by keyframes.
As a result, audio and frames are often in discordance.
Highlight application should include the option "cut by keyframes".1 vote -

revenue I received 9 subs on my stream today but when i look at the analytics, it says i earned around $2.50 in subs and $2.10 in cheers. Does it take a few hours to process? Because that's what the analytics say for today. Help!

My subscriber count is always wrong! I got 9 subscriptions last stream, but on the stream summary it says that I got 1. I am worried that the subs stream summary isn't picking up wont show up on my paycheck. Is it connected to it being a gifted sub or not?
Please do something about this.8 votesHi there! Sorry for the delayed response. This could be due to the fact that your stream summary will only show new subscriptions. For example, if you received 9 subscriptions in your activity feed during a stream, 8 of these could have been resubscribers, where as the 1 that showed up in your summary was a new subscription.

Tax Interviews I got my affiliate status a while ago and am still waiting for my royalty tax interview to go through. Make sure that the times for people's submissions are faster and actually are in a couple minutes. If they mess up in the form just send it back to them immediately.

problema con solicitud de pago del afiliado Relleno la solicitud de pago del afiliado y siempre tengo un error no concuerda lo que puse en el registro con cuestionario fiscal, la verdad no lo puedo entender porque pongo exactamente lo mismo !! necesito ayuda, esta muy desatendido en ese aspecto esta plataforma.
