Why is my average viewer count way lower than reality? I had in my last stream 3 viewers from near begin of my stream till nearly end. my counter was most of the time around 3 or 4 viewers but in my statistics is only 2 average. I noticed it over a loger period and tested it (asked some of my family and friends). The average count was nearly every time below expectation.

Are you still having issues with the achievement updating? Sometimes they can be delayed up to 24 hours.

Having Trouble Downloading Video When I go into video producer to download my videos, it only downloads the voice chat. I'll even go and watch my video playback, and everything is fine. Picture quality is fine and voice playback is fine. But it won't download the video correctly.
Anybody know how to fix the problem? or suggest something?1 vote -

Estoy teniendo problemas para descargar momentos destacados de transmisiones Estoy teniendo problemas para descargar momentos destacados de transmisiones. Cuando hago click en descargar (desde Mozilla) me abre una ventana reproduciendo dicho fragmento destacado. Cuando lo intento desde Chrome, inicia la descarga de forma errónea. Es decir, no descarga el video. Es la primera vez que me sucede y no estoy logrando solucionarlo.

Payout Balance Not Updating Recently i got 100 dollars but a month later it says i have 70.09 dollars and it was last updated a month ago so i cant get my money

Can't exit editor without saving when you close studio In Studio, in the stream editor, if you accidently move something, you cannot close the app without saving first. You need a third choice in the dialog popup: cancel | close w/out saving | save & close. Had to do the 3-finger salute to close the studio app.

Terrible account linking Account Linking for everything is awful.
It constantly kicks my accounts that are linked and won’t let me sign them back in…. Not to mention you people DO NOT help small people build a name…. This website kinda sucks.

day number 4 no response from twitch i've been working hardc on my cahnnel and after alomst 6 months i finally have come to make enough to be paid yet 4 days ago twitch decided to suspend my payout and asked to provide them with some information which i actually did and provided them ! yet no answer no response it seems like they dont care which is very disappointing im listing the cases no:

Bug Signing up to Affiliate Program Been trying for days to add my payment setup on affiliate onboarding as I am signed up with distrokid. It just never goes any further than the terms and conditions page and stuck at the 2nd stage for some reason.

I am curious about the terms and conditions of the streamer's alliance or program, so I am looking at the terms and conditions, and I wonder why the alliance remains in 2018 when the overall terms and conditions and community policies have been updated this year or recently. In addition, the criteria for you to withhold the streamer's application itself are ambiguous in the terms and conditions. Therefore, please update the exact terms and conditions of the partnership. I hope Twitch will be a better environment with quick action.
