Twitch Studio

How it works:
  • Choose a relevant category for your idea and check to see if any other users have already submitted this suggestion before creating your own
  • Be clear with your suggestion, provide examples and solutions to the problem you are posing. Suggestions without actionable feedback may be closed without comment
  • Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests
  • Be sure to share your suggestion with others to gain more support!
  • Note: Suggestions are not guarantees that we will take action on an idea. We will try our best to communicate why an idea may not work, but may not always be able to share that information.
  • Titles that are unclear or unnecessarily vulgar may be reworded to better reflect the request for ease of discovery

If you need help:
This forum is for ideas only. If you need help, please check out our help portal for tons of articles that may answer your questions. If you still need help, you can reach out to our support team in the help portal as well!

Appeals or commentary on suspension decisions, support requests, suggestions disparaging others, and non-constructive feedback will be closed without comment.

    vriendelijke groet nick b,

  5. Keyboard Input Overlay

OBS has a sick Keyboard input overlay https://github.com/univrsal/input-overlay
I think twitch could easily add a customizable RBG overlay keyboard input on studios.

  8. External overlays capture REMOVAL

First of all i love the program for its simplicity, you should keep it that way. The problem i found it's that the capture layer is also capturing extra overlays; Eg: Steam overlay, Discord, Origin.. Etc. I see this as an inconvenience since those overlays contain personal information that the user does not want to be shared online on a stream, it would be nice an option to be able to disable the capture of those extra overlays like other streaming apps do.

  9. Minecraft won't record when in full screen mode

When recording the full screen and playing Minecraft, it shows the Twitch Studio app the entire time, even when I'm on the Minecraft window (I have one monitor sooo...). Just look at my latest stream.
Could be because Minecraft was in full screen mode? It should still be recording though

  10. EOS Webcam Utility within Twitch Studio

Currently OBS and Streamlabs both are able to use EOS Webcam Utility, while this software is still in beta I have not been able to successfully get any sort of display up. I would love to be able to switch back to Twitch Studio and still use my EOS Rebel T6 as my webcam.

  11. Bookmark highlights

I love the stream manager that I can use in the browser however I would forever appreciate if it was possible to bookmark moments throughout the stream from twitch studio! I think it'd help editing go a long way with less windows needed to maintain.

  12. Multiple audio in one recording image

When I used the previous broadcasting program, audio separation recording was possible. I wish there was a Twitch studio. For example, if you put it in a video editing program, only multiple audio appear in one image. The reason I like it can make bad viewers' voices disappear. And it makes my own gossip disappear. This is the advantage.

  13. A cleaner way to record

Allow the record button to be in the same place, but add a tab on the side that has your recording run-time etc. The main issue I had was trying to find my recording after I had recorded it. Where did it go?

  19. capture of a specific area

    [ FRENCH]

Il serait bien de pouvoir capturé une ou plusieurs zones bien précises d'un programme à l'écran par exemple lors d'une conversation vidéo vibre pouvoir capturer les deux zones des webcam respective.

    [ENGLISH]

It would be good to be able to capture one or more specific areas of a program on the screen for example during a video conversation viber to be able to capture the two areas of the respective webcam
