Twitch prime subs should be able to be canceled as well I just subbed to someone I have known for years with a prime sub and when I was talking about memories the stream elements bot timed me out indefinately and the friend didnt care so now I have a sub I cant use or cancel to give to a streamer who does care! Twitch prime subs should be allowed to be cancled or transfered to someone who deserves it!

Make a global loyalty points reward for subscribing / gifting / etc I suggest there be created a "Global" Loyalty points system in addition to channel-specific points; each Twitch user would have a global "Twitch loyalty points" point balance.
Subscribing to a channel, Gifting to a channel, or spending a certain amount of time watching the in-video ads inserted by Twitch would be actions that each reward the viewer with a certain number of Twitch points Per Subscription, or Gift Sub, etc.

Drop the opened tabs / opened streams limit on subscribers. Always count our watch streak and add channel points. Please drop the 2-tab limit on subscribers. This feature is not only very confusing (there is no instant way to see which 2 tabs are being counted for watch streak and channel points), very faulty (failed to count even though I have actively typed messages in some channels), but is also very discouraging from subscribing to multiple channels. To make it worse, as a mod of multiple channels, I have to open them to at least lurk, and do my job on moderating chat when required. Bug in Prime Subscription duration logic There is a logic issue in the server-side timer for Twitch Prime subscriptions.
The Problem: After subscribing to a channel via Prime on August 17th, the system allowed a manual renewal option just 4 days later (August 21st).
Current State: The active sub status now correctly displays an end date of September 21st (31 days).
Impact: While the active subscription is running fine now, the early 4-day trigger proves that the renewal interval logic is miscalculating under certain conditions, creating a drift in the 30-day cycle.
Request: Please review the backend timer and renewal trigger logic for Prime subscriptions.2 votes -
Security/Privacy potential issue If you were subbed to a streamer, and said streamer blocked you, you can still view their profile (almost) fully if you go to "Past Subscriptions", which sounds like a potential security/privacy flaw. Access to a profile that blocked you should be total.

Moderator and Subs Limit the amount of Moderators an affiliate can have and give the mods automatic free subs to the channel they are modding. Limit how many channels any one person can mod. It's ridiculous that my mods have to sit through ads WHILE moderating for me.

Please consider reducing the subscription price for DJ streamers So far as I know, DJ streamers are the only streamers on Twitch who are not allowed to publish VODs of their streams (due to possible legal ramifications, which are understood by most). This drastically lowers the value of a Twitch subscription to these streamers and results in less viewers investing in these talented creators.
As a trade-off for losing such a major benefit, I ask that Twitch considers lowering the subscription price (for all 3 tiers) for DJ streamers.

Well, considering Support didn't hep me at all, and in the response they sent me this link, I will be voicing my thoughts.It seems to me that twitch support is probably AI. I opened 5 tickets and just got the same reply. "Most purchases are non-refundable..." That's the thing though, I didn't purchase anything. Sub Discount Promotion I am trying to use my my remaining time for the sub discount promotion but when i try to start the promotion its greyed out. the twitch promotion starts the 23rd.. this is problematic as this is a big day for me.. what is going on... It states we can do this any day prior to Dec 31st.. Its the 21st. There are no twitch promotions today.

Fix the notification issue They should actually let you decide who you do and do not get notifications about. Yes, they have a page where you can flip a switch, but then they just turn it off whenever they feel like it. If it's supposed to be some feature there needs to be a way to opt out of it. As there isn't a way to opt out of them messing with my notifications it's clearly a bug they're pretending is a feature so they can pretend it doesn't need to be fixed. Ads on active subscriptions because auto-resub charge failed Currently, subscriptions that haven't been manually cancelled attempt to auto-renew approximately 6–10 days before the subscription expires.
This would be fine, except that when the payment method charge fails, even though there is still 6–10 days of subscription left, the sub becomes inactive and begins showing "change/fix your payment method to continue your sub" messages, while showing ads and losing access to subscriber bonuses like emotes for the channel.

Twitch Streamers should be paid twice a month A good reason why Twitch streamers should be paid out twice a month instead of once a month is better cash flow management.
Streaming is often a primary source of income for creators, and waiting an entire month for payouts can create financial strain, especially for those who rely on Twitch earnings to cover rent, bills, and other expenses. A bi-weekly payout system would help streamers manage their finances more effectively, reducing the need to dip into savings or take on debt while waiting for their next paycheck.

Twitch and affiliates would make more revenue (I believe) if the monthly subscription was replaced with 100-bit cheers per "episode". Rather than pressure viewers to pay 6.99 a month for ONE person (or rather than pressure one streamer to feel sub-guilt), viewers could credit their Twitch accounts, then pay a number of bits per "episode" or stream like a tip-jar, the reward being no ads for that stream. I know I'd be willing to spend more money if I could spread my budget across the many streamers I appreciate, and I know as a streamer I'd stop considering leaving Twitch just to alleviate the guilt of people paying me even if I don't want to show up for a week…

negative sub points Please remove the negative sub points bug, I speak for several hundreds of thousands of streamers on this matter. This should NOT be a thing or issue, yet it exists. I randomly was hit with a -1 subscription count and a -1 sub point count out of nowhere, when I didn't even have any subscribers. This bug needs to be fixed ASAP.
